Common traits appear in exam scripts – the RSPB is an insider group; the RSPB has 1m members, more than all parties combined; the RSPB is a peaceful PG; and so on.
These old rehashed examples, while useful, seem to be rarely updated. While I could spend ages updating these here on the blog, I am going to settle for this example. The RSPB are using the courts (think about PG methods) to oppose airport expansion in Kent. A particularly useful example as, while Dale Farm is a perfectly valid example of judicial review, their methods are obviously considerably different to those of the RSPB.
