Pressure Groups remains the favourite topic of students in Unit 1, but yet some still crash and burn. You must stop seeing it as small boxes of information (what makes a PG successful, what is an insider, etc) and begin to see the bigger picture. The fracking protests give us examples of small but reasonably successful groups, with limited money or resource and only some minor celebrity support. It shows a way of partaking in politics and begins to highlight the fine line between participation and civil disobedience. You should follow up more articles on this topic, but this is a good place to start.
